A) Preliminary Details:

B) Hall:

We would be pleased to take care of rental details.

C) Waitresses/Waiters:

Uniformed waitresses/waiters are at your service throughout the evening.

D) Arrival at Reception Hall:

As your guests arrive, they will be greeted by a hostess who will serve them with vegetable trays and dips, cheese trays and crackers and punch served in a punch fountain. Hot Canapes can be made available. We will be on hand to take care of all the details.

E) Hall Set-Up (for sit down or buffet meals):

While your guests mingle, they will notice the professionally decorated hall. You may choose from 30 decorator colours of linen napkins and tablecloths. Flowers on each table, along with crystal, china, and silverware completes the elegant look. The Head Table is surrounded by a "skirt" to match the linen. We will also take care of setting up all your centerpieces, etc., that you have to go on the tables.

F) The Wedding Feast:

You may select either a sit down dinner or a buffet style dinner. International cuisine dinners may be arranged. At eleven o'clock either a cold-cut display or a sweet table with coffee will be arranged.

G) The Bar:

(Open Bar 1 hour before dinner--after dinner until 1 a.m.)

Our open bar includes the following spirits: rye, rum, scotch, gin, vodka, as well as peach schnapps.  Coolers can be arranged. You may choose your preference from a variety of liqueurs. Any 6 kinds of beer may be chosen. Every table will be provided with unlimited white and/or red wine. Bartender, ice, mix and glasses are provided.
