Roast Prime Rib of Beef (seconds served with ribs), Top Sirloin of Beef (seconds served), Whole Game Hen with Wild and Regular Rice, Strip Loin Steak (barbecue included), Oven Roast Chicken, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Double Chicken Breast with either Cacciatore Sauce or Mushroom Sauce, Chicken Kiev, Honey Glazed Ham, Veal, Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Choice of Potatoes:
